Cancellation You can cancel your order at no cost at any time before the piece is shipped. Once shipped, an order cannot be canceled, and the return terms below apply. Returns A return can be requested within 48 hours of receiving the piece, and only in one case: the piece's actual condition materially does not match the description and photos published on its page at the time of purchase. To request a return, contact us on WhatsApp within this window with the reason and photos of the piece. The returned piece must be in exactly the same condition it was received in, with all its accessories (box and papers, if included), and with no additional signs of use. Return shipping cost is the buyer's responsibility, unless the issue is on our side (an inaccurate description or a different piece than what was ordered), in which case we cover the full return shipping cost. There is no return simply for a change of mind once the piece has been received and matches its description. Once the returned piece is received and confirmed to meet the conditions above, the amount paid is refunded within a reasonable period, using the original payment method where possible.
