How do I buy a watch? Open the watch's page and tap "Send a Purchase Request", fill in your name and phone number, and we'll contact you on WhatsApp to confirm the details and complete the purchase. Are the watches 100% authentic? Yes. Every piece goes through a five-stage inspection and documentation process before listing, and comes with a TimeTrusts authenticity certificate. Are the photos of the actual piece? Yes, every photo shown is of the exact piece you'll receive, not a catalog image. How do I pay? Bank transfer, or cash on delivery if you're in Jordan. No card payments are taken on the site. Do you ship outside Jordan? We arrange shipping based on your destination; shipping details and cost are confirmed after your order. Is there a warranty? The authenticity guarantee applies to every piece. A mechanical warranty varies per piece and is listed on that watch's page when it applies — see the Warranty page for details. Can I return a piece?
