Shipping Policy

The price shown for a watch does not include shipping. After your order is confirmed, we contact you to agree on the shipping destination, method, and cost based on your location. No final shipping cost is set before this agreement. Every piece is carefully packaged to protect it in transit. We remain responsible for the piece until it's handed to the shipping carrier; after that, it's subject to that carrier's terms. If your piece arrives with clear shipping damage, contact us immediately on WhatsApp before using it, with clear photos of the packaging and the damage, so we can resolve it with you.
